*We charge a standard rate of R150 per person sharing, per night through out the year, booking is essential. *Laundry services are available at R35 per kg. *A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Any changes to bookings will not be credited and additions to bookings will be subject to the availability of space. *An amount of R250 per chalet is required to be paid along with the deposit, and will be refunded less damages when the key is returned upon leaving. *The full outstanding balance is payable upon arrival before the keys of the chalet/s will be issued. Increased stays will be subject to the availability of space and full up front payment for the period required. *Cancellations made 14 days prior to date of arrival will forfeit 100% of the deposit. For cancellations more that 14 days prior to date of arrival 50% of the deposit will be retained for administration fees. All cancellations are to be in writing and will be considered valid from date of receipt. *Methods of payment we accept are Cash, Bank Deposit or Etf. We do not accept Credit Cards at this time. *Please note that rates are subject to change without notice.
